2014 Year in Review

This year I was only able to add on rental property to my portfolio. But I did purchase two additional properties with the intention of flipping them.

In the first two years I’ve invested a total $73,414 into my real estate portfolio. 2014 saw a NOE of nearly $30,000 and the total cash flow after paying the mortgages was $19,114.
